CONDITIONS OF COUNSELLING
1) Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential except if there is a threat to the life of the client or to the life of others.
2) Safety of Client
This is always considered a high priority in the course of therapy.
3) ACC clients are requested to pay a negotiable top up fee.
4) Stratos and Seed Clients are given high priority for early appointments
5) Full fees will be charged if appointments are not kept unless 24 hours notice is given.
6) Therapist and Client have the right to terminate counselling at any stage during therapy.
7) Special consideration is given to clients who cannot meet fees. This can be negotiated.
